It was a bit disappointing due to CV19 and the first buyer did not get the loan on time, so it was sold again and got a much better price.!! Definetely worth 5star! We had a VERY bad experience with a "well known" makelaar in our city and were unsure of this new concept but we do not regret choosing Bieden en Wonen. Never heard of this real estate agency, tried to do business but regretted it immensely. In my case, my offer was accepted by the broker/seller. Then I was asked to sign the purchase agreement at a random coffee shop (they don't have an office?) on a Friday evening. When I got there I was told that the price has suddenly gone up. You can only sign if the increased price is paid. Very unethical and unprofessional business. In my opinion, this is an online broker and therefore not what you expect from a real broker (with a reception location, employees, etc.) I will never do business with 'Bieden en Wonen' again. So in my case it was 'Offer and fail'.
